I had no clue whatsoever what this was, but I liked the picture. I looked it up, and PH'NGUI MGLW'NAFH CTHULHU R'LYEH MAGH'NAGL FHTAGN is a cult chant of Cthulhu. Cthulhu is a fictional cosmic entity created by horror author H.P.
