I actually do not remember many of my New Years' resolutions except not fighting with my kid brother, which I definitely broke that. Three new resolutions I am making for this new year is to improve my mind and learn Vulcan or Klingon. Preferably Vulcan. And to finish the Sherlock Holmes books.

Everybody knows I am a sucker for some good fan art (And if you didn't know, now you do, so stop wasting time and send me some!) Cal sent me the above image through Wings. Thanks, Mrsupole! I don't know what I'm supposed to do for buttons! I got all my button pictures from http://www.bunchesofbuttons.com/ (Say it with a button!)! Not trying to endorse this or anything, or whatever the term would be, just letting you know. I chose something from each category.

TEEN IDOL: I prefer to think of the 'J' as Jackson, Johnny, Jackman, Jasper... you get the point.

TV: iCarly is a ridiculously funny show that I enjoy watching.

PATRIOTIC: Yay, America!

Whenever I post something, I usually get comments. Three people that always give me positive feedback are Wings, Cal, and Brian Miller. You guys TOTALLY ROCK! Let me share a few of their comments with you:
Cal:

• Thanks for the return shout out. I gave you the award because I totally enjoy the way that you write. I have taught lots of English to lots of kids and the ones that are any good at expressing themselves at your age are rarer than a monkey riding unicorn. Doing your blog will only make you a better writer. Then will come the day when your screenplay gets made into a hit movie and you will thank your friend Calvin during your Oscar acceptance speech. Then will come fame and riches and I will get to live in your pool house with your father because we will need 24 hour care by that time.
  
• Here's to having great dreams and following them through. Its what makes life truly worth living. I am always amazed at how good your writing is at your age - you have a gift for capturing the topic and keeping the reader interested. The scary thing is that you will only get better at it the more you compose. Hope you are at the beginning of your best summer ever.

Theme Thursday - (Wh)oops!

Okay, so, while I haven't blogged in a couple days (sorry, I got a new Sims game... it rocks my socks), I decided to do a Theme Thursday thing shown to me by Wings. This week's theme is (Wh)oops, so I went with the first thing I thought of - bloopers. So, I went onto YouTube and found the bloopers that made me laugh the mostest - Pirates of the Caribbean 2: Dead Man's Chest bloopers.
